turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 11"x7" dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl, cook broccoli; set aside. In a larger bowl, whisk together, soup and evaporated milk. Mix until blended. Stir in cooked broccoli, hash browns, turkey, parmesan cheese, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all is combined. Place mixture evenly into prepared dish. Bake for 50 minutes, or until edges brown.
